A bus driver is warning passengers to look before they sit down after finding a thumb tack on a seat.

Gregory Simons, 46, said he found the tack, with the sharp point facing upwards, on his Somerset-bound bus on Friday afternoon.

?Someone left the tack right in the middle of the seat,? he said. ?They must have put it on there after they got on in Hamilton.?

Mr. Simons, from Somerset, added: ?It?s a shame that people like to hurt innocent people for no reason at all.?
