Photo by Glenn Tucker Elbow Beach Resort's, Fritholm Gardens houseing complex was officialy opened on Thursday afternoon. Unlike most hotel / residential projects this residential resort's units are not for sale. On hand will be Mr. Ayed AL Jeaid, CEO of Makshaff Services - the owning company for Elbow Beach Hotel, Mr. Alan Thompson, CEO Butterfield Bank, and local dignitaries. Phase 1 of EB Properties development consists of (5) five executive individual villas with 3-4 bedrooms all offering 3,580 square feet of living space and, (15) fifteen two-bedroom town houses offering 1,700 square feet of living space. Rents begin at $5,000 and $6,000 for the townhouses, up to $10,000 for the executive villas. The building was designed by David Uhasz of SHY Architects, build by GL Construction the interior designer was of Darcy Robertson of SHY. Upon completion of this 3-phase project all units will enjoy a private recreation centre, heated pool, two play areas, and a nature walk and access to the private beach. This seven-acre development when complete will represent 87 new rental homes.
A new development near Elbow Beach, that will boast nearly 90 rental homes when completed, has been officially opened.

The Elbow Beach Properties' project is being built in three phases, and the first consists of five executive individual villas with three to four bedrooms and 15 two-bedroom townhouses. Rents start at $5,000 and $6,000 for the townhouses, and up to $10,000 for the executive villas.
Officials behind the Paget development said unlike most hotel and residential projects the resort's units were not for sale.
Attending last week's opening was Ayed Al Jeaid, chief executive officer of Makshaff Services, the owning company for Elbow Beach Hotel and Alan Thompson, chief executive officer at Butterfield Bank.
Once completed, the seven-acre development will contain 87 new rental homes.
