Leading US pastor for AME Women's Day event
THE women of the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church will be treated to a special guest preacher next week when Rev. Dr. Chyanna Mull-Anthony comes to Bermuda.
The senior pastor from the International Gospel Centre, a multi-cultural Pentecostal church located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will impart inspiring words for female parishioners during the AME's Women's Day event on Sunday, November 23.
Dr. Mull-Anthony has preached and conducted seminars and led conferences in more than 30 countries and has many years of ministerial, humanitarian and educational experience. Most recently, she was invited to join the US National Conference for Community and Justice's Racial Reconciliation Project, where she will serve as speaker for the project's Religious Leader's Forum.
She is also an executive board member of the Tulsa Christian Minister's Alliance and has been awarded citations from Tulsa's Mayor and the Oklahoma Governor for her community involvement.
Holding bachelor, master's and doctorate degrees, Dr. Mull-Anthony is a highly respected leader and minister in her community.
She will speak at 11 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on the Sunday.
