Wayne Carey, leaves the Enviroment Ministry to become the Permanent Secretary of Public Safety & Housing while Warren Jones moves from the assistant cabinet secretary in charge of the Central Policy Unit to become Permanent Secretary of Health.

Charged with getting the new ministry of Social Responsibility up and running will be Kevin Monkman who shifts from Health. But the post of PS from Environment, and Community & Cultural Affairs is vacant until it is filled by someone ?soon to be appointed from the applicant pool?. further understands that the changes are effective from December 1st.
