A plan for a multi-storey office block in Court Street has been re-submitted to keep open the option of a tall structure one day gracing the street scene at the eastern end of Hamilton.
The planning application is now for a six-storey structure, whereas previously it has been listed as a five-storey project.
It would be built near the St. Andrew's Church and, from street level to the roof top, stand 77 feet tall offering 19,165 square feet of office space as well as a basement storage area.
The owner of the proposed office block would be Abbott Holdings and the application has been submitted on the company's behalf by Arctic Palms Design and Development Limited.
