HILARY Swank, who split from actor-husband Chad Lowe a year ago, has a new man in her life."I'm in a relationship with a great guy who's not a public person, and I want to respect that. But yes, I am in a relationship," the Oscar-winning actress said.

That guy, according to the magazine, is her agent, John Campisi. Swank, 32, and Lowe, who turns 39 on Monday, announced their separation in January 2006, and an attorney for the couple said in May they would divorce after eight years of marriage. They have no children.

"I've never lived alone before, ever," says Swank, who won Oscars for Boys Don't Cry and Million Dollar Baby. The actress received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday.
