Teen accused of slaying Police officer?s sons in Barbados released on $60,000 bail

A teenager accused of killing the two sons of a Bermuda Police officer has been released on bail following a court hearing in Barbados.

Yuri Fidel Agard is charged with the manslaughter of Justin and William Greene, aged 21 and 25, who died from stab wounds outside a nightclub in Barbados in March.

On Friday, Agard, 18, of Hutson Alley, Reed Street, St. Michael, Barbados, appeared at Magistrates? Court and was granted bail in the sum of $50,000 with one surety until his next court appearance in August.

Bail was given on condition that he stick to a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew and report to a Police station three times a week.

Three other men ? Jody Omar Farnum, Jason Stevenson Hurley and Chad Carlton Worrell, who are charged with violent disorder in connection with the same incident ? were granted bail in the sum of $10,000 and one surety each.

They must also stick to a curfew and report to Police three times a week or face re-arrest.

Two other defendants accused of violent disorder, Kelvin A. Squires and Jamal Marlow Mayers, were released on bail after a previous hearing.

The Greene brothers lived in the St. Joseph?s Parish of Barbados and were the sons of Bermuda Police narcotics officer Det. Con. Ronald Greene and CedarBridge Academy teacher Margo Greene.
