A 14-year-old boy was attacked by two robbers who put him in a headlock and stole his laptop and I-Pod.

The teenager was walking along Rockaway Road, Southampton, near its junction with Sea Express Lane, when he was targeted on Tuesday, at about 4.55 p.m.

He told Police two men approached him from behind, put him in a headlock and told him to empty his pockets.

They stole his IBM laptop, which was in a black case, and his black I-Pod, before escaping. The victim, who is from Southampton, was not injured in the incident.

The two suspects are described as teenagers and about six feet.

One was black, slim, with short hair, wearing a brown suit. His accomplice was white, of medium build, with an orange beard, wearing army green pants, a grey shirt and black ?du-rag?.

Police are investigating the incident. Witnesses should call the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010.
