Three men charged with attempted murder have had their case dismissed in Magistrates? Court after a prosecution witness refused to five evidence.

Jeron Marcus Douglas, Jevon Marco Douglas and Niedel Kevon Swan were charged in October with the attempted murder of Tariq White, who was stabbed and left bleeding profusely outside Dub City Variety store on the morning of Wednesday October 6.

At a preliminary inquiry yesterday, Crown counsel Juan Wolffe decided not to proceed with the case after a key Crown witness refused to appear before the court.
