THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28: Belco today warned motorists of delays along Barry Road in St. George’s tomorrow.

Crews will be working between Almedia’s Farm and Fort St. Catherine between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Motorists were advised to avoid travelling in the area.

Said a spokesperson: “This is an extremely narrow section of road. Detour signs will be in place and motorists are advised to avoid Barry Road in St. George tomorrow, if possible.”

The company thanked motorists for their cooperation. Work will be postponed in the event of inclement weather.
