Timothy Darrell, 49, of Ewing Street, Pembroke, was caught with cannabis by Police conducting traffic checks at Flatts around 2 a.m. on July 28 last year.
Principal Crown counsel Malcolm McColm told Magistrates' Court that Darrell was found with 4.8 grams of cannabis in his car after Police became suspicious about his behaviour and a strong smell of the drug in the vehicle.
Darrell, manager at the Bailey's Bay branch of Jamaican Grill, pleaded guilty and was fined $600 after apologising to the court.
