Gold jewellery, a black Sony digital camera and a DVD game were stolen during a burglary of a residence in Hamilton Parish during daylight hours on Monday.

A resident of Fractious Drive alerted Police to the break-in after returning home to find the property had been burgled.

It is thought the burglary took place sometime between 7.30 a.m. and 4.15 p.m. Inquiries into the incident are underway.
