Jewellery theft spree

Jewellery was stolen in three burglaries across the Island earlier this week.In the first incident, thieves stole several items of gold jewellery after breaking into a home in South Road, Warwick, between 5 p.m. on Monday and 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday.

In the first incident, thieves stole several items of gold jewellery after breaking into a home in South Road, Warwick, between 5 p.m. on Monday and 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, between 7.50 a.m. and 9.50 a.m., offenders stole a collection of jewellery in a raid at an address in Highwood Lane, Paget. Items stolen included a green jewellery pouch containing a silver mesh bracelet, silver mesh necklace and pair of silver mesh earrings.

The same day, burglars broke into a home at St. Augustine Road, Pembroke, to steal several items of jewellery, including a wedding ring and engagement ring. The occupant discovered the theft after returning home at 6.30 p.m..
