A Devonshire man denied impaired driving yesterday in Magistrate's Court.

Thomas Ofafa Apopa, 50, of Lookout Lane, pleaded not guilty to one count of impaired driving on November 5 and not guilty to having an excess of 50 millilitres of alcohol in 100 milligrams of blood on the same day. The legal limit is 80.

The matter was adjourned until April 19. The defendant was bailed in the amount of $500.
