Police were called to the scene of a burglary at a Warwick guest property on Wednesday morning.
The victims are a couple who are visiting the Island. They told Police that at some point between 12 midnight and 8.30 a.m. that day, a culprit entered their room and stole $900 in cash.

Officers were called to another burglary in Warwick — this time at Longford Road — on Wednesday morning. The victims said a culprit entered their home earlier that morning and stolen stole two laptop computers and a cellular phone.
And a raid on a residence in the western parishes on November 9 led to the recovery of what Police suspect to be a stolen stash of alcohol, a TV and some tools.
The goods included four cases of Camelot wine, a case of Guinness and Heineken beers. Four generators were found — all black and red and of the Wheel House, Troy Bilt and Porter brands.
Officers also found a grey & black Skil cordless power drill and a Sharp Aquos 15” flat screen TV.
A spokesman said: “We would like to return these items to their rightful owners. To claim them, please contact the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010.
“In order to claim the electronic items and the tools, a serial number will be required for identification purposes.”
