Motorists are being warned about roadworks taking place this weekend.

The Ministry of Works and Engineering says Belco will be undertaking trenching works on Middle Road, Paget, at the Scarrington Hill location, tomorrow.

Work will be completed in time to avoid disruption of that section of Middle Road during the Lindo's to Lindo's race.

Meanwhile BCM McAlpine will be continuing trenching works in a section of Crow Lane on Sunday, in the parking lane from in front of the Great Things shop to just before the Shell gas station on East Broadway.

The parking lane and the outward bound lane will be closed, so the middle inward bound lane will be used for outward bound traffic to allow two way traffic flow throughout.

The Ministry would like to advise motorists to avoid Crow Lane if possible on Sunday and enter and exit Hamilton via alternate roads and avoid Crow Lane. It apologises for any inconvenience which may be caused.
