Charlie's father, Mr. David Sousa, who drives a horse and carriage, got his son the job. Since early July, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Charlie has been making sure Front Street is clean, even in the midst of traffic.

Twice a day, he goes over the entire circuit, which includes Pitt's Bay Road, Serpentine Road, Rosemont Avenue, Richmond Road, Bermudiana Road, and Par-La-Ville Road.
