Sen. Neletha Butterfield (PLP) wanted to know where the answers were to three questions about Education she had posed last month.
Sen. Lynda Milligan-Whyte , the Government Leader in the Senate, said she spoke to Education Minister Mr. Jerome Dill and he had said he wanted to wait until the Throne Speech Debate in the House of Assembly ended before answering.
She expected the answers would be available at next Wednesday's Senate meeting.
Senate President Sen. Albert Jackson said he supposed that would have to do.
However, "it is important that the position be upheld that questions presented at one day of meeting are expected to be answered at the next day of meeting,'' he said.
