Mr. Francis heard that Steven Mark Tomlinson and Timothy Peter Walsh were riding motorcycles when they were stopped at 1.50 a.m. on Richmond Road on June 6.

Crown Counsel Larry Mussenden said Tomlinson, of St. John's Hill, Pembroke, and Walsh were riding unsteadily and disobeyed stop signs on Richmond and Pitt's Bay Roads.

It is understood that Police intend to bring the bulk of alleged impaired drivers to court on Thursdays.

Mr. Mussenden said that Tomlinson told Police:"Oh s**t. I'm f****d!'' Tomlinson, 31, submitted to a breath sample and had 210 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Walsh, 26, of Cheriton Lane, Pembroke, also submitted to a breath sample and had 165 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Rolondo Joson pleaded guilty to riding while impaired at 4.10 a.m. on June 5 on Front Street.

Joson, 27, of North Shore Road, Smith's, was given a breath sample at Hamilton Police Station and had 199 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Heinz Peter Wurcherer, 31, of St. John's Road, Pembroke, pleaded guilty to impaired driving on June 6 on Pitt's Bay Road.

Mr. Mussenden said Wurcherer told Police he only had two drinks.

He added Wurcherer's breath analysis returned results of 165 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Steve Alton Millett, an independent contractor, pleaded guilty to driving a private car on Wellington Slip Road, St. George's at 1.10 a.m. on June 2.

Police saw Millett, 37, of Paine Lane West, St. George's, drive the wrong way on Wellington Slip Road.

Mr. Mussenden said Millett admitted he had "two or three'' drinks.

Millett's breath was sampled and he was found to have 165 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Ian Charles Prout, a butcher, pleaded guilty to impaired driving at 2.30 a.m.

on May 31 on Middle Road, Southampton.

Prout, 33, of Sandycroft Heights, Southampton, failed the breath sample with 156 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Marvin Richard Brangman, pleaded guilty to riding an auxiliary cycle while impaired at 8.35 a.m. on June 14.

Police saw Brangman, of Naval Tanks Hill, St. George's, drink from a bottle of Bacardi Breezer while riding on Palmetto Road.

After failing a breath examination with 174 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, Brangman admitted to Police he had been drinking throughout the night before.

Eddie V. Williams, of Cricket Lane, Sandys Parish, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired at 3.15 a.m. on South Shore Road, Paget on June 7.

Mr. Mussenden said Williams, 34, was stopped by Police but got out of his car and told them "I'm p****d. Lock me up. I don't think I should drive''.

Williams provided a breath sample which he failed with 165 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Vlado Sreco, 34, pleaded guilty to riding an auxiliary cycle on Front Street at 3.15 a.m. on June 9.

He failed a breath examination at Hamilton Police Station with 223 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

One man, Caleb Adrian Zuill, denied riding a motorcycle on Bull's Head Road, in Hamilton while impaired on June 8.

Zuill also denied driving with a blood alcohol level above 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
