The machine, donated by the American Friends of Bermuda, will help KBB update its membership files and keep up with an "overwhelming'' increase in Rock Watcher groups, said president Ms Kendaree Burgess Fairn on Friday.

"We intend to keep our membership much better informed about who we are and what we are doing. We want to be able to do mailings on a regular basis,'' she said. "Also it's our goal to increase KBB memberships to 2,500, twice our current count, within the next year and we can only do this if we keep people motivated and up to date with our thinking and our plans. This computer makes all of this possible.''
