Lloyd Winslow Masters, of Union Street, on Wednesday pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to "hindering lawful use of a street'' on June 11.

Prosecutor Sgt. Peter Giles said Masters was lying across the sidewalk on the corner of Joell's Alley and Reid Street.

When Police arrived they found Masters with his head against a building and pedestrians having to walk around him. Masters asked Police if they were going to arrest him and then walked over to the patrol car.
