of Monday.

Mrs. May Coye, well known in the local legal community for more than two decades, will manage a portfolio of about 350 companies. She has had previous experience in corporate management at CD&P.

"It is like going back to a family,'' she said.

From 1972 to 1988, she was manager of the Incorporations Department at CD&P.

Most recently, Mrs. Coye worked for the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) as manager of the companies, partnerships and permits division. She was retained on a two-year contract.

Mr. Douglas C. Selley replaces Mrs. Coye at the BMA. He has been manager of the domestic economy division since November 2, 1992.

"It was an interesting experience to work inside the Government arena, and see how the other side of the desk works. When I went there people said I was a poacher turned game keeper,'' she said.

"I am looking forward to the challenges CD&P has to offer, and I really prefer the commercial world. It is more my area. I enjoy finding solutions to clients' problems. As a corporate manager, I will look after the corporate side of many companies, so the job is very varied.'' Duties will include keeping corporate records up to date, organising meetings, and handling annual filings.

Mrs. Coye has now seen the full gambit of Bermuda's incorporations area, having overseen the vetting of incorporations at the BMA, and in the commercial section working with incorporating companies, and now as a corporate manager.

NEW MANAGER -- Mrs. May Coye will become a corporate manager with Conyers, Dill & Pearman on Monday.
