Morgen Dunn, who lives on Hinson's Island, admitted using offensive words on Front Street last month.

Prosecutor, Insp. Peter Duffy told Magistrates' Court that Police saw Dunn leaving a nightclub. He fell over in the car park, cut his forehead and began swearing. Police warned him about his offensive language, but he continued swearing.
