The two latest actions were filed in the Supreme Court of Bermuda by the Bank of Butterfield for US$410,185 and the Bermuda Building Society for BD$366,835.
The bank is represented by the law firm, Appleby,Spurling and Kempe.
The law firm was also representing the Bank of Bermuda in an action against Mr. Coughlin less than a month ago for US$19,029.
Last year, the Supreme Court ordered Mr. Coughlin to pay, in a default judgement case, some $235,000 to Summitt Development.
The company is jointly owned by Mr. Coughlin, fellow American Dzintra Dickstein and a Bermudian majority shareholder, Dilton Robinson.
