At 101, she still loves to visit!
return visit this week at the age of 101.
She and her husband first came to the Island in August of 1935. They made a second visit in November 1958. "We stayed at the Inverurie Hotel (now the Palm Reef) in Paget. It was delightful and not too hot,'' Mrs. Fink said from the Rosedon guest house this week. "I returned to the Island because of the friendliness of the people and the good times I had here.'' When asked what had changed since her first two visits here Mrs. Fink said: "The only things that have really changed are the amount of traffic, and the increase of people and buildings.'' This time around, Mrs. Fink, who is from New York State, said she was prompted to return for a week's stay after receiving a letter from her nephew about his visit to Bermuda in April. "My nephew wrote about how beautiful the Island was with all the spring flowers and that's what inspired me to make another trip.'' She added that she was enthusiastic to return to Bermuda, this time with her friend Mrs. Cicely Perotte. "I still find it (the Island) to be friendly and delightful.''
