Barrister denies lily theft

David Boyd Morley, of Church Crescent, Hamilton Parish, yesterday pleaded not guilty in Magistrates' Court to stealing the flowers from farmer Joseph Pacheco of Devonshire on April 12.
Morley, a 39-year-old who works at the Milligan, Whyte & Smith law firm, was granted $500 bail.
Magistrate Edward King ordered him to return to court on April 24 for mention.
