Administrative assistant Marsha Yvonne Smith, 36, from Warwick, left the message for a traffic warden after receiving several parking tickets.

The message, left in her car parked on the City Hall car park, read: "Traffic Warden Rogers, kiss my a** you f**ked-up ugly old bitch''.

Smith, who could have been given a six month jail term for the offence, apologised for leaving the note before being fined by acting Senior Magistrate Edward King.
