Drugs trial tape

From Page 5 Dillas: So I'm standing down by the bathroom, I didn't want to come.. So I thought somebody was playing a game.. So this time Smitty's up to the door this time just getting ready to answer it. Second knock.. Cops going to... Smitty says who is it. Well before the man could even finish the is it all you hear Police. Snaps in the doors breaking. Hey I had so much f****** time this how when they got down the door they said it took about fifteen twenty seconds. I had enough time to put my hand up the toilet, flush the thing, wipe my f****** hands and came out half way back to my living room to answer the door and they got me. S*** was gone, they lied in the the paper when they said they saw all that white powder in the toilet. Let me tell you something if they saw that white powder in the toilet, those f******* would have put their hand there and snatched something up.

Young: As evidence.

Dillas: They couldn't even get no resins, they had to go to Court and lie.

S*** was way gone, before they got in the door the s*** was.

Roberts: But they knew you flushed something.

Dillas: They knew yeah cause you could hear the toilet going back up. I told the man I just finished peeing.. Roberts: But all the while you flushed it.

Dillas: Yeah.

Young: I was, I was going court . Dillas: He was in court.

Young: I was in court that day cause I was out 'til.

Dillas: Hey weren't they...same.

Young: This f****** guy's got some posture bye, hey he don't sweat.

Dillas: See him like this here look. So Barry Meade's saying Mr. Dillas, you can't tell the jury why you flushed that toilet. I said Mr. Meade you do mean you want me tell exactly how I was using the toilet.

Young: Laughs.

Dillas: This all on the stand. Hey, hey people, hey... I performed up there..said good. I said you want me to actually tell them exact details. I mean like a pee.

Young: Laughs.

Dillas: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury when the Police came in my apartment I was in the bathroom urinating and then when he said something about, when he told the court why, why the door was opened. I said well ladies and gentlemen of the jury I stay with two men not females. It would be unusual even in the presence of my girlfriend was staying here, that one gets comfortable and would leave the door open while having a piss, man are man. There's no reason for me to leave the f****** door closed or to close the door, and then well when the cross examination, the um um the QC said to him did you check Mr.

Dillas' hands. No. There was no trace of cocaine on his hands, and then he said well officer, Dc. Richardson they all got together and lied. So he said Dc. Richardson you said you saw a large quantity of cocaine in the toilet floating around and you didn't want to put my hand in that.

Young: That's a lie.

Dillas: Put your hand in what, meaning what it wasn't urine you said it was coke. Isn't that, what did you come to Mr. Dillas' house for. Did you come there to get coke. Yes.

Young: Or you come to get piss (Laughs).

Dillas: Yeah, you came there to get coke. Let me ask you this, did you find coke. No sir. You didn't find coke. Oh, but you saw a lot of coke yet you wouldn't even get a scoop of it. I find that quite interesting.

Young: Laughs.

Dillas: I said yeah yeah, f***** him right up he was smashing him right up.

Young: I was in court laughing. I was there laughing. My boy turned round, the first day, the first day I got there..was there her and.... said DJ DJ.

Dillas: Yeah I f***** Barry Meade right up bye. Hey you hear anybody tell you when I got on the stand, boy you were brilliant bye. That man tried to come at me and like this here. Tried to say Mr. Dillas, you say that you're a tiler right. I say your a drug dealer you don't know nothing about tiling. Who told him say that. I said Mr. Meade. He says um um how could you have three thousand dollars, how could, you say you make this in a statement in asking what I roughly make a week. I told him anywhere from six hundred to three thousand. He said how could you. that. I said well Mr. Meade if you say I'm not so much a tiler, I specialise in ceramic, quarry and marble. My prices range for the type of labour. If I'm laying marble or Mexican tile it ranges anywhere from three dollars a square feet. Surely it's not impossible for me to lay a thousand dollars of square feet in three dollars. I need not tell you how much that will cost. Or would you know. Bye he looked bye you could tell he was throwing the pen down at me while he was looking at the judge, I said that would be roughly around three thousand dollars. A thousand square feet would be right. Bye he made me come out and go pick the papers.. Young: ...

Dillas: ..he was getting vexed at me.

Young: Yeah.

Dillas: Right because all the members of the jury like.

Young: And f***** up.

Dillas: Then he says okay you won that battle let's got to take Mr. Ted Ming's master bathroom which I know you tiled. Look first he said I couldn't tile. I said yes I designed the whole master bathroom, jaccuzi and all. He said well can you tell the members of this jury why it would be so unusual in the closet of Mr. Minm's master bathroom, you'll see a little square hole like this. For one it looks like one would climb out for escape which leads to the trees.

Thats unusual. I said Mr. Meade, are you asking me, you want me to tell you why Mr. Ming would. I said well maybe to, I don't know exactly why but I would give you, I would say having a big jaccuzi in a bathroom like that one could use that for ventilation. Cause we both know that jacuzzi's steam up, so that one theory. So he says well if it was for ventilation why wouldn't it have a screen on it. I said Mr. Meade I'm a tiler not a ventilator installer.

Young: Laughs.

Dillas: Man I was f***** him right up Jules. I took that man.. Roberts: How Ted get in all that there man? Young: ..one hundred and twenty thousand out of.. Roberts: Then he went behind ya back.

Dillas: yeah. Hey Meade didn't like me bye I f****** ate that man up in court bye. Telling you bye. He got over everybody elses head in all of 'em except me.

Roberts: So what but Ted went to the um boy what he name, the Cuban's himself.

Dillas: No no no no, um ya he met um right. Send em down on a trip one time.

Him and his wife went away to Disney World after they got married. I had Marr um um Marcus pick him up at the airport and you know Ted wanted to spend the whole time in Florida and stuff like that. So he met him because Ted was taking over some money for me. I had it done up with bottles. So the whole time he was there you know, so he got to know Ted plus all.. Roberts: Ted's a millionaire man, f*** bye.

Dillas: Yeah all the drug runners, all...

Roberts: You know he didn't even need to all that there innit.

Dillas: All the drug runners that came down stayed at his house.

Roberts: All the drug runners stayed at his house.

Dillas: Yeah, stayed at periods of times. Especially Debbie she would come down a lot. I you know, his wife would get inquisitive but Ted threw if off and say look Debbie is...

Roberts: So his wife didn't know.

Dillas: No Debbie.

Young: His wife didn't know noffin.

Dillas: No. See Debbie, See Ted tell um, Debbie was the girl which I was messing with, a runner. Every time she'd come here I'd back him up. People put ... think Debbie's as a Real Estate which deal with a lot of properties in Bermuda so she'd come down like every week so things would throw her right off. After a while his wife start saying oh Debbie how's the market. You know she's a she was a good talker. So we had her deceived about that there. You know what I'm saying. We're got, I mean his role as far as like entertaining all the runners, he knew so much about the s*** that he was getting paid for that. Then it hit his mind like f***, if I can have the guy stay here I'm the one holding the money sometimes I'm holding the drugs surely I could do something for myself.

Young: Ya got it.

Dillas: That's what went right through his f***** head.

Young: Yeah.

Roberts: That's how they got Seney.

Young: That's how yeah, that's how he got the whole thing, in his head. He knew all the aspects.

Roberts: What Seney had he was bringing it down to you or.

Dillas: No that was for me.

Roberts: Huh.

Dillas: That was for me.

Roberts: That was for you what Seney had.

Young: Answer this now.

Dillas: Ted had never met Seney.

Roberts: Ted had never met Seney.

Young: They caught Seney first.

Dillas: They caught him at Palmetto Bay Hotel. Then they made him call up my house. Trying to make arrangements.

Young: That's one thing I could never understand.

Dillas: Yeah.

Young: I could never understand that there. So in a nut shell he pricked plan and simple.

Dillas: Yeah. So he told them to set up the deal with me right but I never talk drugs on the phone only thing I was talking to him but what I'm saying I'm gonna even fight that that was me on the phone cause he can't prove it.

Cause different people um Larry could have even answered the phone that day. I said in my statement was out of the house mostly all parts of the day. How are they to prove that Seney was talking to me.

Young: Got a point. Right right right.

Dillas: I'm saying that weren't me he was talking to somebody else and that Seney was making. See the whole pick-up as far as lighthouse was made by via um a payphone to Marcus Cohab but it wasn't done in my house. So they have no record of that. All Marcus gave instructions when he called in Florida cause we sensed something was going on funny so I told him I didn't want to make no arrangements on my phone which was good. So all he done was made arrangements to let em know that this was.. He said look somebody is going to come up to the scenic place on the hill at one o'clock tonight, that was it.

Young: he did...

Dillas: No I'm saying no it weren't me. In the end they got all like telephone calls like Marcus calls Seney and um um.

Roberts: That's gonna be a hard one for you to beat bye huh.

Dillas: I don't know bye. I don't know.

Roberts: Cause Seney's gone say, you know how that is. You already talked about that there.

Dillas: Yeah I know. I don't know QC know what I'm saying. They can't prove it was me. If they had all those f****** cops up there then why didn't they catch me see it, that's gonna be a sticky one though. With a good QC technicalities man. Know what I'm saying. Even if they thought it was me up there they have no actual proof that I conspired with this guy to bring these drugs down. So what if somebody gave you my number you would try and set me up. My lawyer could turn around and like.

Roberts: Why why would he lie. He just came on his own.

Dillas: No, he came down but see the..is Seney has never talked to me overseas. He has no record, we never we never honestly ever talk from the States. His contacts was with Marcus Cohab. How is he to prove to the jury that he made arrangements. The point is they're charging me with conspiracy so they must prove that I made former arrangements for that package to come to me but they can't, they can't because Marcus Cohab is not there. So it's just his f****** word.

Roberts: Oh so Marcus sent it.

Dillas: Yeah. Marcus sent it to me but they can't prove that because I say I don't know no Marcus. Marcus is saying in the States he don't know me. So where can nthey prove the conspiracy.

Roberts: That guy turn that light off.

Dillas: You know what I'm saying conspiracy means that I had to agree that that package was coming here. They can't prove that Jules.

Knocking (shouts for light to be turned off).

Roberts: Dillas: (Talk softly)...

Dillas: They said they saw me ride upon the bike and they found the bike and all that there.

Roberts: Who was riding the bike? Dillas: Me and Colin. Colin was towing me. Now OK only two policemen up the hill said they saw us. Two of em said they were in the trees. One of the Police has since died, Mr. Fox that used to be in Special Forces at the airport he died.

Young: Yeah.

Dillas: Yeah. So now it's only one witness. The Police which can actually say that I was, they saw me come up there to see him now. You know what I'm saying, but the other point is is that now I know all the details. When the person came I was still on the bike. Seney came over to the bike and put the bag in the bike. The person riding the bike never touched the package. So who's to say even if they say it was me and I say it weren't, what the f*** was supposed to be in that bag.

Roberts: Who was with you, who was with you? Dillas: Colin.

Roberts: Oh. I thought it was Smitty.

Dillas: Smitty yeah.

Roberts: Oh I get them two guys mixed up.

Dillas: Young: (talking quietly)...

Dillas: Look was supposed to be a whole kilo and a half but the Police told him from Palmetto Bay that they were gonna set me up. So then they only put six ounces in the room. Now when I drove to Lighthouse Hill, okay Seney gave me a look, but I took him on it and then I didn't. I just thought he was f****** with me. When he put the thing in the bike see that's why the cops came, they couldn't hear exactly what the person was talking about so I kept the bike started and turned the lights out right. He came, put it in basket right. I'm sitting on the f****** bike, so he says have you got the beans...

Roberts: Hmm... beans.

Dillas: Yeah, that means money. I said no. That's another good thing he never got the money first, that's another good... on my part. So I said no so anyway put it in the basket right, strapped the f***** thing in the basket...strap. It's still not hitting on me, and then... he was standing up there with these sneakers on I remember that part, these big sneakers and he had no lacings in em. They done it purposely so he couldn't run right....Thought maybe he came to the beach and f****** around know what I'm saying and okay the and at that point when he put the thing in the basket he says f*** off now.

Young: Seriously.

Dillas: Yeah. He set me up but he said that right. When he said that I said of f*** this is a set up. Now I had plenty time. I immediately took off and I had Smitty up the lighthouse already. Up and down..okay I drove up and down about six times right. When I decided to go up there.

Roberts: Drove up and down where? Dillas: I drove up and down the road from Whale Bay and would keep going back to see if anybody's following me before I went to pick the package up right.

Now fifteen minutes prior to that I dropped Smitty off at the lighthouse so he can crawl up the lighthouse and watch the thing on his chest, man never saw Smitty up there.

Young: Bye f*** off seriously.

Dillas: Honest the f***** god.

Young: What? Dillas: Seney told me take off. Check this out I hadn't got time to drive out to the lighthouse right.

Young: Right.

Dillas: Come out to the gate, I got down to the gate I said (Gives a loud whistle) come on come on.

Young: Laughs.

Dillas: That's all the time I had, Smitty ran down the hill right. Got on the bike, drove down about twenty yards and then go over the wall picked up the bag of rice... Picked up the rice, something just told me f*** don't go on the road...that guy something weird. When I came out ... I played golf up there everyday I drove right through the Portuguese yard and I knew it was a little hole there.

Young: I patched up...lighthouse.

Dillas: Drove through .. lighthouse. So when we got up the 18th hole I said okay Smitty take the thing I'll start digging a hole, Smitty went in the thing and it was clothes in there. Said let me see I don't see no clothes in there.

I said man look in that f****** thing man. So he pulled all the clothes out the man's hand came out with this little f***** package about half the size of the the . .. only about six ounces... I said what the f*** that guy playing me for. I'm still not thinking that that was a clean sell. I said Smitty I'm going back up the lighthouse to see that f****** guy bye. 18th hole and f**** coke. Now at this time...the 18th hole is up by the Rib Room.

Young: Right, is that the back entrance of the Princess? Roberts: Right.

Dillas: So I come out of the 18th hole by the bunker ... now this time, they're coming like, they're going to cut the lighthouse this way. I'm coming to the back entrance of Princess now.

Young: Right.

Dillas: So I'm going back up there to f*** Seney off and tell him where's the rest of the coke bye. I come onto the back entrance to, come along the back entrance to. ...(Voice fades) Roberts: There is nobody out there man.

Dillas: I came out the back entrance to the Southampton Princess, I looked down to f****** Ted's house down the hill ... all I see is nothing but vans and Narco cars. I said oh f*** lord have mercy this is a set up. F*** that, that...thinking, no, no thinking .... now look I committed myself when I went up the hill anyway.

Young: right.

Dillas: What I'm saying, check this out, okay riding along, now I can't see how they didn't see me. I had a hired helmet, they probably thought I was a tourist.. because the cars were all around. I went straight down the hill and back up to the lighthouse.

Young: Bie f*** off bie.

Dillas: No, check out what I was doing. I had to get back up to the Portuguese yard to take the cut out of there. Check it out now, as I'm going back to make my escape knowing now, not going back to the lighthouse, it's definitely a set up. As I get half way up the slope, here comes the white taxi down the hill with just the parking lights on, that caught my attention. I said look at this f***** taxi coming out of there this guy's not got his lights on, well who could be in that taxi. Paul Seney, Mr. Fox and Alan Cleave... Mr. FOX was the same guy who was up Lighthouse Hill watching, dead now right, things. Now, when I passed the f*****, f****** taxi, all I see Seney, with his head turned back like to say f*** is that him and in the statement Seney said to the cops, that's him there, and I saw the brake light come on after I passed the thing.

The brake lights for the taxi went on I said of f*** so okay. I passed that taxi here now and go round a sharp corner.

Young: Right right.

Dillas: The taxi must have went to go turn around. Probably thought I was going to my house by South Shore Road, f*** him. Where did I go ...back to the Portuguese yard again, now I'm back in the lighthouse right.

Light's off.

Dillas: I'm back on the golf course.

Light's Off.

Dillas: Back to Smitty...Smitty it's the f***** man all Lighthouse Hill, all South Shore Road, is, dah-dah, dah-dah, dah-dah. Bie, it's cars f*****.

zooming I said to Smitty, that's a mistake we made dropping the f****** bike, we panicked know what I'm saying, man think.... I didn't want to get caught. I didn't know how close they were to me ... once I heard the car I said to Smitty get rid of the f****** baggage, took the f****** package out, took shirt off, took his shirt overlapped it.. wiped all the fingerprints off, right. Walked over to the trees, had shirt like that there and flick it.

We hauled arse.

M Roberts: You let your bike, left your bike on the golf course.

Dillas: Yeah we left the bike on the golf course right. Threw the bag away in the trees, and flicked the f***** coke out right. So by this time we start running. We start running down like you know where Princess on the South Shore, you know where the pond is, start running down the hill. As I start running down the hill, I saw two figures down there.. Now someone's on the golf course, f***
