General's Chambers on January 10 next year for a hearing into the circumstances behind a Police search of his office.

The hearing will be in-chambers with only the judge, a representative of the Attorney General and Mr. Hall present.

It is understood the former Opposition MP is bidding to quash two search warrants taken out by Police which resulted in a raid of his Front Street law firm, Hall & Associates, on October 22.

Mr. Hall took out a writ last month against the Police Commissioner and Magistrate the Wor. John Judge concerning the two search warrants.

Police subsequently complied with a Supreme Court order to surrender documents relating to the search. It is also understood a document was seized in the search.
