the Tynes Bay Waste Treatment Facility in Devonshire.

The event will run between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on both days.

Items which can be dropped off include paints, paint thinners, solvents, strippers, swimming pool chemicals, pesticides, fertilisers, oils, greases, out of date medicines and household cleaners which bear a warning label.

Due to the Rememberance Day holiday on Monday, garbage and recyclables will not be collected as regularly scheduled.

Instead garbage and recycling will be collected on Saturday, November 9.
