Brendan's hospitals to the Bermuda Hospitals Board was unanimously approved by the House of Assembly yesterday.

The Bermuda Hospitals Amendment Act enables the board to carry out work at the hospital and to borrow money for construction work.

The bill, introduced by Health Minister Clarence Terceira , also requires the Board to lease back to Government the office space housing the Ministries of Health and Education.
