Mr. King said: "You are an indigent man with no place to lay your head down.'' Jinx given place to lay his head Jinx told Mr. King he was supposed to start a job painting yesterday but he could not specify for whom or where.

When Jinx said he had been a painter "on and off'' for sometime, Mr. King said: "More off than on.'' Mr. King continued: "The court finds that the real answer to your problems are not within it's powers.

"Using the tools which the laws have laid down, which will not be the answer, I impose a term of six months imprisonment,'' he said.

As Mr. King continued, Darrell got up and began to walk out. Police stopped him and asked where he was going.

Jinx said: "I'm going away from here, away from him.'' pointing to Mr. King.

Mr. King finished his speech and Jinx was escorted back to Hamilton Police Station.
