Hamilton will continue to hold its "Harbour nights'' scheme on Wednesday.

Both of the popular programmes last until October, the Chamber of Commerce said.

This, it said, will eliminate conflict between the two shopping areas and provide visitors and locals more opportunity to participate.

So far the Bermuda Harbour Nights, which began in Hamilton last month, have been an "acclaimed success by visitors and residents'', the chamber added.

"Retailers, restaurateurs, small business vendors, local musicians and overseas tour operators are thrilled with the overwhelming success of this important event.''
