Lawyers and banker sued for $5.2 million

for $5.2 million by the liquidators of a Bermuda-registered exempted company.Mr. Frank Mutch and Mr. James Pearman, partners in law firm Conyers, Dill and Pearman, and Mr. Cummings Zuill,
for $5.2 million by the liquidators of a Bermuda-registered exempted company.
Mr. Frank Mutch and Mr. James Pearman, partners in law firm Conyers, Dill and Pearman, and Mr. Cummings Zuill, a senior vice president and general manager of the Bank of Bermuda, are co-defendants in the action.
A writ against them has been filed in the Supreme Court by law firm Appleby, Spurling and Kempe, on behalf of Deltrade International, which AS&K is liquidating.
Other defendants include US citizens Mr. Antonio Castelle II, who is being sued for $3.28 million, and Ms Stephanie Shea, who is being sued for $485,139.
