School has died.

Francis Stephenson, known as Stevo to his colleagues and even pupils, died on Sunday of heart failure. He was 83.

Mr. Stephenson moved to Bermuda in 1946 and worked at Saltus until 1983, when he retired as senior master.

He and his wife Audrey then moved back to their home country, England, and were living in Lincolnshire when he died at the weekend.
