Winston Duncan, 32, of Sunset Close, Pembroke, will also undergo psychiatric tests.
The orders were made by Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl-Ann Mapp.
Crown Counsel Miss Sharon Kenny told Magistrates' Court the offence occurred on October 11.
The 13-year-old girl was standing at a bus stop in Point Finger Road, Paget, near King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
Miss Kenny said the man exposed himself to her, and then grabbed her as she ran off.
"The complainant ran into the hospital followed by the accused saying "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Don't tell anyone'.'' Miss Kenny said Duncan worked at St. Brendan's.
Duncan, who admitted the offence, was granted $500 bail, and the case was adjourned until January 14.
