Mullen Rewan of St. Mary's Road in Warwick, denies the charge.

He has also denied possessing a lock bladed knife, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and possessing cannabis.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis extended bail at $500 until the trial in February. Rewan is represented by Ms Victoria Pearman.
