Magistrates' Court heard.

Jason K. Harris was arrested for traffic offences on Crow Lane at around 3.25 a.m. on November 14.

Just before 6 a.m., the 20-year-old was in the jail forecourt when he climbed over a wall and escaped.

He was arrested 11 days later, said prosecutor Insp. Peter Duffy. Harris, of Government Gate, Pembroke admitted driving while disqualified, giving a false name, riding without insurance, riding an unregistered bike and escaping custody. He was fined $1,300 and taken off the road for another year.
