James Prescott Skinner of Town Hill Road, Smith's Parish is accused of causing the death of Giant Supermarket owner George Edward Whitecross on March 6 on Verdmont Road by driving his bike in a manner dangerous to the public.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis told Skinner that the matter would be tried in Supreme Court.

Mr. Saul Froomkin, representing Skinner, requested bail be extended until a trial date is fixed.

The matter was set down for mention in two weeks time.
