Dakari Amagu Hollis, 18, of Radnor Close, Hamilton Parish, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to obstructing a Police officer while he was arresting another man.

The incident around 3 p.m. on January 27 outside of Dub City variety store on North Shore Road.

Police Sgt. Rex Osborne, prosecuting, said Hollis ran down Cottage Hill Road as Police reinforcements arrived. He said Hollis pulled down his pants to show his buttocks and shouted offensive words.

Sgt. Osborne said that while at St. George's Police station, Hollis struggled and punched a hole through a glass window, causing $75 worth of damage.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ordered a social inquiry report for Hollis and ordered him to reappear in Magistrates' Court on February 18. He was released on $300 bail.
