The inquiry, a standard procedure whereby a magistrate makes sure there is sufficient evidence upon which a jury could convict defendants, was agreed to in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Anthony Edward Flood, 27, has pleaded not guilty to murdering the one-time curator of Fort St. Catherine.

Eugene Victor Broadley, 45, of Coot Pond has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder. It is alleged he helped dispose of Richardson's body which was found floating in St. George's Harbour on December 17.

Bail was extended for the two men, who are to reappear in court on May 5.
