NO WASTE HERE -- Works and Engineering Minister the Hon. Leonard Gibbons had the honour of pouring the black rum at the roof wetting ceremony of the Tynes Bay incinerator building.

The completion of the $70-million project will allow Government to close the Pembroke Dump in about 12 months and turn it into a park.
