38-year-old Sgt. Leroy Haynes to the rank of Inspector.

Insp. Haynes joined the Police Force in 1978 and has served in Central Uniform, Somerset, Parishes and Traffic departments.

He also assisted in the incident room.

Insp. Haynes is stationed at Hamilton Police Station where he is expected to continue his duties.

He married and resides in Sandys.
