A Police spokesperson yesterday said the unidentified man was released from Police custody at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

The man was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving following Sunday evening's jet ski accident.

Al-Reulle Shamsid Deen, 50, died when the tiny fishing boat he was in was rammed by a jet ski off Devonshire Dock.
