A 19-year-old St. George's man was arrested on Thursday, held overnight for questioning and released yesterday, a Police spokesman said. No charges were laid.

The investigation was continuing as Police prepared a file for the Attorney General's chambers. The spokesman could not say whether more arrests were expected.

An anonymous flier was faxed to the news media the day before the Queen arrived in Bermuda for a two-day visit on March 9.

Its contents included an appeal to black high school and college students to stay home to protest a visit by "the living symbol of the brutal, racist imperialist power struggle that enslaves our people''.

The flier also called on students to "draw the sword of open protest''.

The cover of the five-page flier featured a sketch of a burning Union Jack, signed "Akeem''. Similar drawings appeared earlier this year in the magazine The Nationalist, which also prompted a Police investigation.
