A cold-hearted thief pocketed the black Chihuahua sometime on Saturday according to its owner who reported the dog's disappearance to the authorities, said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.

The puppy is described as black with three white paws and a white tip on its tail.

Police ask anyone who has any information on the dog to contact them at 295-0011.
