Andreas Thomas Stasch pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to driving on Reid Street while impaired November 12.

Sgt. Rex Osborne, prosecuting, said Police on Church Street noticed Stasch riding an auxiliary cycle erratically.

They stopped him and found him unsteady on his feet and he admitted he had been drinking.

A breath test revealed he had 200 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
