monthly arraignments session to breaking into the home of murder victim Vincello (Johnny Peppers) Richardson in the night of last December 17.

But Flood pleaded not guilty to the murder of Richardson on that date.

And he denied robbing the former Fort St. Catherine curator of $3,400 cash.

Flood, represented by lawyer Mr. Tim Marshall, was told to appear in Supreme Court again on July 4 when sentencing and trial dates will be set.

He was remanded in custody until then having been unable to make bail.

Also in the session, Eugene Broadley, 45, of St. George's maintained his not guilty plea to being an accessory to the murder.

It was alleged he helped dispose of Richardson's body, which was found floating in St. George's Harbour on December 17.

Represented by Mr. Philip Perinchief, he was also told to reappear for mention on July 4. Bail was extended.

In further arraignments, American businessman Steven Sigismund Geiger, 42, pleaded not guilty to two charges of stealing what amounted to more than $1 million from an exempted company which he headed.

He denied stealing $1 million from Hellenic Navigation Inc. between May 15, 1987 and October 8, 1987. And he denied the theft of $340,000 from the company during the period July 31, 1988 to November 17, 1988.

Geiger's lawyer Mr. Alan Dunch said the New Yorker had been unable to come up with a second surety for the $300,000 sum he was bailed in. However, he may be able to secure the money in the future.

Chief Justice the Hon. Mr. Justice Ward remanded him in custody in the meantime and set down a September 12 trial date.

Ronae Burgess pleaded not guilty to the murder of Clarence Ellsworth Smith on or about February 20.

He was told to reappear in Court on July 4 for mention.

Kimani Fubler pleaded guilty to robbing a Rooster's Restaurant employee of a cash register and $100 on or about January 28 while armed with an offensive weapon.

But the man charged with helping him, Roger Lightbourne, pleaded not guilty to the charge of robbery.

Both were told to reappear in Court on July 4 for mention.

Jason Liburd pleaded guilty to two armed robberies and using two different offensive weapons to commit them.

He admitted robbing a man of a $3,000 motorcycle while armed with a broken bottle on or about February 1. And he admitted robbing another man of $800 worth of jewellery while armed with a knife on or about February 6.

A social inquiry report was ordered for Liburd and he was told to appear in court on July 4 when a sentencing date will be set. He was remanded in custody until then.

Gregory David Zuill, Kenneth Larry Wade and Kujii Wade denied causing grievous bodily harm to Michael King. They were bailed and told to reappear on July 4 when a trial date will be set.
