Taxi drivers hit
from Police.
One driver lost his bank bag containing $200 after the thief demanded change for a $20 bill.
The incident occurred at about 4.30 p.m.
Earlier, a thief fled with $100 following a struggle with the taxi driver at about 2 p.m.
The crook had attempted to steal the cabbie's wallet after requesting change for a $20.
Police spokeswoman Sgt. Roseanda Jones said yesterday the robberies occurred at School Drive, Devonshire.
It brought the number of such incidents to four within the last few days.
"Detectives have not ruled out the possibility that most of these incidents are related.
"Once again we want to advise taxi drivers against making change unless they have the passengers money in hand.
"And if you can avoid it, please don't show your cash or carry around large sums of money.''
