Thieves forced open a window to a first-floor classroom and stole a 19-inch RCA television set valued at about $100.

Also over the weekend, thieves entered Friendship Vale School in Devonshire.

Stolen was a 30-inch Sony television and two video recorders with a total value of more than $1,000.

Early yesterday morning, the Halfway House Restaurant in Flatts was broken into after a window was left open. An unknown quantity of cash was stolen, Police said.

On Monday night, thieves entered through an unlocked patio door and stole a handbag containing $116 from a home on Keith Hall Road in Warwick, Police said.
